Alnmarin		Twin Hulled 16 Metre Aluminium Supply Vessel
Constructed for Alnmarin International in Ashington Fabrication’s factory and then transported to Amble for her sea trials. The vessel was constructed to the highest quality design and weld procedures and was completed ahead of schedule.

AMEY		Lovat Tunnel Boring Machine 4 Metre Diameter Cutting Head
AFC completely refurbished the machine for AMEY Construction Ltd. This involved flying the 70 ton machine from America, inspection, strip down and complete rebuild and test. The work was completed in record time enabling AMEY Construction to claw back lost tunnelling time and complete ahead of schedule. Testimony to the quality of the refurbishment was the 100% machine availability achieved by the contractor.

Transmark Europe Ltd		Propane Purge Bin Vessels 4.5 Metre Diameter
Vessels manufactured to ASME VIII standards with full UT inspection carried out by Charlton Metal testing. Each vessel weighed 12 tonnes.

RJB Mining		10-tonne coal recovery skip
Manufactured, tested and balanced within our workshop for one of RJB mining's Yorkshire pits. Manufactured from mild steel with EN8 liners throughout.

Synpac Pharmaceuticals Ltd.		Twin 3.5 metre diameter, stainless steel pressure vessels
Manufactured to ASME VIII and welded to ASME IX standards, 100% X-ray on all weld seams. Delivered and installed on site by AFC engineers.
